Ikran has been a dedicated volunteer within the Charlotte community since 2010, actively involved in various local masjids and community-oriented initiatives.  Education-wise, Ikran holds a Master's in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor's in Computer Science, complemented by certifications.   She has actively participated as a guest speaker at various events, presenting locally and  internationally in Cairo. Her profile reflects a multifaceted individual deeply committed to community service, technological innovation, and the advancement of cybersecurity practices.

Abrar, an exceptional community leader and dedicated volunteer, has exhibited an unwavering commitment to education and community service throughout her illustrious career. With a robust background in library services and education, Abrar has played pivotal roles across various libraries in different states and educational institutions, focusing on cultivating vibrant and inclusive spaces specifically tailored for teenagers and their families.

As a devoted librarian, Abrar spearheaded and orchestrated an array of teen-centered programs encompassing diverse areas such as College and Career Connections, Professional Development, Financial Literacy, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), Language & Culture, and Homeschooling. Her initiatives extended beyond conventional library programs; she fostered collaborations with numerous community organizations, supplementing offerings by introducing after school tutoring and engaging activities such as cooking classes.

Beyond her library roles, Abrar actively participated as a presenter at conferences, showcasing expertise in areas such as building and managing libraries within unique contexts. Her engagement in projects such as the Dominican Leadership Conference and participation in international book fairs underscores her global perspective and active engagement.

Throughout her journey, Abrar consistently displayed an ardent passion for learning and community service, leaving a remarkable impact through her innovative programs, outreach endeavors, and collaborative initiatives. Her diverse experiences across libraries, educational institutions, and community-based programs vividly illustrate her steadfast dedication to nurturing education, fostering inclusivity, and enriching the overall fabric of the communities she served.

Mardhiyah is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in accounting and finance, coupled with an extensive history of community service. In her current role as the Client Rate Management Lead Analyst at a law firm, she manages the firm’s global rates, ensuring precision and compliance within contractual agreements.  Prior to this, she excelled as a Client Financial Management Lead Analyst at Accenture, consistently demonstrating exceptional financial acumen and analytical prowess that significantly contributed to the company's success.

Her academic journey includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Beyond her professional endeavors, Mardhiyah has dedicated over a decade to volunteering at the Muslim American Society of Charlotte.  Her commitment to social service ranges from organizing religious programs to teaching essential subjects like Arabic and Quran to children.

Mardhiyah has extended her commitment to community service by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, providing support to a local women's shelter, and contributing time to a nearby food bank. These varied contributions underscore her versatility, dedication, and unwavering commitment to both professional excellence and community welfare, highlighting her strong sense of social responsibility and commitment to community development.

Khizra is a versatile professional whose passion for education and adept management skills have made a significant impact across various domains. As a Biology Teacher at Intellicor International Academy, she demonstrated exceptional teaching abilities by innovatively engaging students in lab experiments and collaborating on after-school educational initiatives, leaving a lasting imprint on the school's educational standards.

In her role as Media Manager at Adaa Jewelers, Khizra excelled in content management, crafting robust platforms, and fostering global partnerships, emphasizing her strategic prowess and commitment to quality content delivery through social advertising. Her proficiency extended to operations management at Sana Traders, showcasing her strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Alongside her academic achievements, including a Project Management Professional Certification from Google Creative Campus and a Bachelor's in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Khizra actively participated in societies like the Business Innovation Club and Toastmasters, demonstrating her commitment to personal and professional growth. Her involvement with Toastmasters not only reflects her dedication to continuous self-improvement but also her role in fostering a supportive environment for others' skill development.

Khizra's diverse experiences across education, management, and healthcare underscore her adaptability, dedication, and unwavering pursuit of growth, positioning her as an invaluable asset in any endeavor she undertakes.

Huma's dedication to community service is vividly exemplified through her impactful non-profit engagements at the Islamic Society of Greater Charlotte (ISGC) and Muslim Community Center (MCC). For several years, she has passionately volunteered her time and expertise to uplift and support these local Mosques. These non-profit endeavors highlight Huma's holistic approach, demonstrating her sincere desire to make a difference beyond her professional achievements. Her tireless efforts in supporting the local Mosques reflect a deep-seated commitment to community empowerment and welfare, blending her expertise with genuine care for the betterment of others.

Huma is also an accomplished healthcare recruiter with a rich background spanning over two decades, demonstrating an exceptional track record in sourcing and acquiring top talent within the healthcare sector. Her current role at PruittHealth, a position she has held for over almost 2 years, highlights her commitment to talent acquisition within the healthcare industry. 

Previously, at Visiting Angels, Huma served as a Recruiter for over three years, showcasing her prowess in healthcare staffing, sourcing, and talent acquisition within Charlotte, North Carolina area.

Her career journey began as an Office Coordinator at the Institute for Social Policy & Understanding, where she developed foundational, networking, and administrative skills, and developed a love for the non-profit world.
